Design the button for the 52nd Annual Warrens Cranberry Festival - September 26-28, 2025

​

• Design requirements: Color and round, 6” in diameter and submitted on 8 1/2 x 11” white paper.

• One entry per sheet. You may submit up to three entries, but only one entry can win a cash prize.

• No more than four colors. DO NOT USE BLACK for background.

• The design must include:

  • ​Date: 26-28 September 2025 or September 26-28, 2025 (May abbreviate to Sept.)

  • Place: Warrens, WI (not Wis or Wisconsin or Wisc. or Wi)

  • Name: Warrens Cranberry Festival - NOT CRANFEST

  • Year: 52nd Annual

  • The design MUST pertain to cranberries

  • Block lettering (preferred), no cursive or calligraphy. Imagine what design will look like when reduced to button size of 2 1/2”.

• Simple and original designs. Avoid a cluttered look - it should have impact!

• The contest is open to anyone of any age.

• Hand-drawn or computer generated entries accepted. Please email all computer and scanned hand-drawn entries as both a JPEG and PDF. Please send all email entries to office@cranfest.com.

• If your hand-drawn design cannot be digitized, you can mail it to: Warrens Cranberry Festival, Button Contest, PO Box 146, Warrens, WI 54666.  Make sure you include all your contact information.

• All entries become the property of the Warrens Cranberry Festival, Inc. - to be used for any purpose, primarily buttons, patches, sweatshirts/t-shirts, promotional materials, etc.

• All entries will be judged on originality, simplicity and visual impact.

• Entries that do not meet the above requirements may be disqualified.

• Schools are invited to take part in the contest and may enter as many from a class as they wish, but a limit of three entries per person applies.

• Contest Deadline is June 1, 2024. Entries must be postmarked by the deadline, to qualify for judging. Winners will be notified as soon as possible after the judging.

• All entries will be selected and judged by art professionals, cranberry growers, Festival members or board members. Minor changes/alterations may be made at the discretion of the judges or to facilitate printing.

• Categories:

  • There are two categories, Adult and Youth. Youth entries must be 14 years of age or younger.

  • Please print “youth entry,” “age,” and “grade” on the back of your entry.

  • Schools are invited to take part in the contest and may enter as many from a class as they wish. However, there should be no more than three entries for each individual.

• Prizes: Adult & Youth

  • ​Adult - 1st place - $100.00 | 2nd place - $75.00

  • Youth - 1st place - $50.00 | 2nd place - $25.00
